Carol Beecher


Carol Beecher is celebrating an award winning year of release for Skin for Skin, an animated short co-directed with Kevin D.A. Kurytnik and produced with the National Film Board of Canada North West Centre.  She is currently spending her Alberta Foundation for the Arts grant on research and development for her solo experimental animated documentary project A Family War Diary.

Sage Wheeler


Sage Wheeler is a Metis artist and art facilitator born in Cold Lake, Alberta. Calling Calgary home she is interested in intersections between art and community development. Her personal practice is multidisciplinary, including drawing, painting, performance, animation, quilting, photography and whatever she can get her hands on. In both her art and art facilitation, she is interested in human connections, relationships, failures, awkwardness, care and radical hope.

Candace has worked for over 20 years on five continents in three different industries. She has a BComm in Marketing from Concordia University, Montreal; an MBA from Strathclyde University, Scotland; a Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University, Victoria; and a PROSCI designation in Change Management.  She thrives on giving people energy back, helping people figure out how to get ‘out’ of what situation you are in by breaking the boundaries, encouraging people to think about something in a new way and work differently.

Jarett Sitter


Jarett Sitter is an illustrator and animator. His animation work has been featured extensively in music videos and he often collaborates with musicians within his illustration work as well.
