Do you love films like Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings, Wallace and Grommet and various others? Do you ever wonder how those films are made? Here’s a chance to find out how! Through a week-long adventure, Participants will learn the basics of animation through the magical technique of stop-motion animation. Using our down-shooter cameras and a professional stop-motion program, participants will make animated films through paper puppets, plasticine, animated personal objects, and much more! Each student will complete a short animated movie with sound and receive a compilation of the class’ work at the end of the camp!
