QAS members and QuickKid members in good standing receive discounts on classes, courses, and workshops. If you are NOT a current QAS member, a non-member class registration is an extra $30 but comes with a FREE QuickKid-level QAS membership for future discounts and access to our library and classroom. *FYI: We will check your membership status, please don't lie!*
This is an online course. A webcam is required, as well as a computer that will support Zoom. A drawing tablet is recommended (and may be available to rent through Quickdraw; please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about availability)

The payment plan allows you to pay for your course in four installments. If yes please contact programming@quickdrawanimation to go over details. You will be charged an initial down payment of 25% of the price of the course, plus your membership fee, if applicable.
**The member agrees to make every effort to clear the debit to QAS in a timely manner. Failure to clear the debt within 120 days of the agreed upon date will result in the suspension of all membership privileges.
QAS is an Organizational Voting Member of Alberta Media Arts Alliance Society which is a Provincial Arts Service Organization that provides advocacy and supports to the media arts community.
We appreciate that people’s plans and circumstances can change, and that sometimes it will be necessary to cancel your registration in a course. However, since our classes are so small, last-minute cancellations can be very difficult for us to deal with—we need time to make sure that we can reach out to members on the waiting lists for the classes, and to be sure that we have the minimum enrollment we need to run each class.
Students will receive a full refund on fees paid for courses or camps that are cancelled by the student at least two weeks in advance of the first day of class. If a course or camp is cancelled by the student within two weeks of the first day of class, Quickdraw will retain a processing fee of 25% of the full cost of the course. If a course or camp is cancelled by the student after the first day of class, Quickdraw will retain a processing fee of 50% of the full cost of the course, or a pro-rated amount based on the number of classes already completed if the course is more than half finished. That said, please let us know if there are any circumstances we should know about in working out a refund.
In the event that Quickdraw needs to cancel the course, whether due to COVID-19 precautions or other circumstances, students will have their choice of receiving a pro-rated refund based on the number of classes completed, retaining that amount as a credit towards future courses, or donating that amount to Quickdraw as a charitable contribution.
