International Women's Day 2019 playlist

Last year we shared a list of some of our favourite female animators for International Women's Day, and since that seems like a pretty solid tradition to start up, we've decided to do it again. This time, we're trying to stick to films that have only become available in the past year or so, because there's so much incredible work out there that it's almost impossible to keep up. So the films may not be entirely new, but they're new to the internet, at least.
